The votes for the PR-Dahlem staff council election were counted on 10 May 2024. The distribution of votes can be found below this text. The announcement of the election results can be found here.
In total, ver.di – Offene Liste achieved 871 out of 1412 votes. That is 61.69 per cent.
Looking back, it was a tough election campaign and the good result was not a foregone conclusion. We attribute it to a joint effort by all trade unionists and many supporters at the FU. Your mobilisation in the workshops, offices and labs etc. may not have been loud, but it was decisive and effective. The considerable number of 871 votes can only be attributed to you!
The majority of employees have now spoken out in favour of a union staff council at Dahlem. We will get to work quickly and purposefully to do everything we can to fulfil the promises we made during the election campaign. You are invited to fight with us for good working conditions for all employees at the FU. The successful election campaign has shown us this: The key to successfully asserting employee interests lies in our joint dialogue and action.
Please attend our general meetings and send us your impressions, suggestions for improvement and ideas to: vorstand@verdi-fu.de
Thank you very much, best regards
